This is the 16th suicide bombing in Iraq this month.
Iraq car bomb targets foreigners:
"At least 11 people, including two British nationals, have been killed in a huge car bombing in the centre of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad."
The 16th! It's only the bloody 14th of the month! Of course, TB and GWB would have you believe the world's a safer place, especially when they provide 'proof' and later have retracrt it and admit the incedence of terrorism is actually rising.
